as you may have noticed, i am a sneaker nut. and although i cant seem to have enough of them, my taste is rather basic. i stick to classics that i know can work with my wardrobe well, with pretty much everything no matter where i go or what i am doing. the KSWISS classic belmont sneakers was a sure choice when they asked me to pick my favorite. i have known the brand since college and knew it was something i had to have in my closet. they are officially launching in the middle east and so glad to be one of the selected few to own a pair before anyone else out here.

now, back to some fab discussions. i am not afraid to actually wear my sneakers with dresses or skirts. as you can clearly see on the photos. and im sure if you follow me on instagram (hint: follow me) you will notice that my go-to-style is to pair up my sneakers with everything. i pretty much think i started this kind of style way back in high school – where i would always get called to the principal office for not wearing the right pair of oxford shoes and socks. i went to an all-girls catholic school run by nuns, and they were rather strict with uniforms, shoes and skirt lengths. i so remember going to school with my sneakers almost every single day. and having the prefect chase me in the halls. so so funny.

so what about you? how do you wear your sneakers?!

oh and yes, that is a shirt. worn under a dress. simply coz you cant really walk around in historical places in the middle east with bare shoulders. and sheer dresses.
